Item mancanti o non droppati correttamente / Wrong item drop rates

Nel caso notiate l'assenza o una certa difficolta' nel droppare un item vi preghiamo di seguire questa procedura:
- controllate nel database di iRO se effettivamente l'oggetto debba essere droppato da qualche mob
- cercate l'item nel nostro database (richiede le credenziali che usate in game)
- controllate che sia effettivamente droppato dagli stessi mob con la percentuale moltiplicata x10 (con qualche eccezione per alcune categorie e gli MVP)
- nel caso ci siano delle discrepanze aprite un ticket nel sito mettendo il link del database di iRO.
Se verra' confermato come oggetto mancante verrete premiati con 100 punti del Cash Shop e naturalmente il loot verra' corretto.

If you noticed that some item is missing or not dropped from some mobs please follow this procedures
- check in the iRO databaseif the item is on a monster drop list
- che in the Inifnity database (requires login)
- check the drop rate, it should be 10 times the iRO rate (with some exception for some end game item and the MVP drops)
- if there is any discrepancies open a support ticket on the website adding the iRO database url.
If the drop rate error will be confirmed the player will receive 100 Cash Shop points.
